Free Yoga Exercises

Yoga is a great way to get and stay fit and toned. It helps with flexibility, balance, strength, toning, and is also great for weight loss. Of course, it’s a lot of fun too! It’s a good idea to join a class when you first do yoga. This way you have a qualified instructor to help you with the yoga position who can ensure that you are doing the moves correctly. Being in the right position is extremely important in yoga as if you don’t do it right you won’t be getting the true benefits of yoga and you could possibly hurt yourself.

Once you have a little experience in yoga, it’s a good idea to get into a routine of doing yoga at home on a daily basis. To help you with this, you can follow some of the free yoga exercise videos which are available online. I particularly like the Tara Stiles range of videos. She explains the moves well and the different routines help you to avoid boredom in your workout.

Yoga is great for people of all ages, it’s even suitable for children. Yoga exercises are great for flexibility, balance, strength, and toning. It can also be a great cardio workout.

I’m fairly new to yoga, I’ve been doing it for less than a year, so it’s great to pick up new moves and routines whenever I can. I usually workout on my own at home. I used to use yoga DVDs but lately I have discovered some great free yoga exercises online.
